News from the Hall

August brings art and more art to the Hall. Besides the public events listed below and a smattering of private occasions taking place at the Hall, there are opportunities for you to schedule get togethers like weddings, birthdays or retirement celebrations, and, if need be, memorial services.

Niwot Hall will participate in National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5, from 6:00 - 8 p.m. with a booth on Murray Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Stop by to chat and learn more about Niwot Hall.

Newsflash: The Hall is introducing three exciting rental package options. Package options center on an appetizer event, a buffet or a plated meal option. Each package includes dessert, flowers, linens, glass and tableware, and even an event coordinator. Additional services such as renting a vintage bar and hiring a photographer to capture your event are also available. Write to Rentals@NiwotHall.org for more information.

Painter Dale Harding is the Hall's present artist in residence. You'll find his beautiful paintings on the walls of the main Hall from August 10 to August 31. Thirty percent of the cost of each piece sold will be a donation to Niwot Hall.

"I enjoy experimenting with emotional and playful use of color and composition as I strive to capture the essence of my personal experiences and lead the viewer’s eye on a tour through my paintings. My ultimate goal in all of my work is to invite each viewer to interpret my experiences in their own manner and connect with their own personal moment in time."
