the Niwot Hall Next Century Project
Preserving the past. Building the future.

For more than a century, Niwot Hall [a 501(c)(3) nonprofit] has been the heart of our community - a place where people gather to celebrate, learn, be entertained, meet, and connect. Now we have an opportunity to secure the future of this historic landmark and expand its impact.
The Niwot Hall Next Century Project will continue to revitalize this beloved landmark and enhance the space to ensure Niwot Hall remains vibrant, welcoming, and financially sustainable for generations to come.
Our vision is simple and powerful:
- Protect its legacy with critical preservation improvements, including new windows, exterior paint and a remodeled serving area.
- Expand its potential by creating an outdoor courtyard and stage to welcome more performances, gatherings, and revenue-generating events.
- Support and strengthen its service to the community by improving storage for local community organizations that make Niwot events possible - Niwot Business Association, the Rotary, Niwot Community Association, Scout Troop 161, Niwot Community Connection, and Niwot Historical Society.
With your support, Niwot Hall will thrive as the cultural heart of our town for the next 100 years.
