• Protect its legacy with critical preservation improvements, including new windows, exterior paint and a remodeled serving area.
• Expand its potential by creating an outdoor courtyard and stage to welcome more performances, gatherings, and revenue-generating events.
• Support and strengthen its service to the community by improving storage for local community organizations that make Niwot events possible - Niwot Business Association, the Rotary, Niwot Community Association, Scout Troop 161, Niwot Community Connection, and Niwot Historical Society.
